I am no mother but I got a present

Last Sunday was Mother's Day in the UK and I have to admit I live in Germany and I most definitely are no mother but I got a present - and that was an absolute coincident. A friend I havent't seen for years showed up on my doorstep and thanked me or a favour I did years ago. To be honest I didn't even expect to be recognized at all since we have kind of a bifid past but I do love Burt's Bees. :)

As far as the Leomon Butter Cuticle Cream is concerned I can confirm that my mother loves it, I brought it back for her from a trip to London and she hasn't stopped using it since! :)

I had a little look at the new collection of one of my favourite designers ever, Dorothee Schumacher. I just love the combination of colours and simplicity of her designs. There are a few pieces I'd love to wear this summer, given that there'll be an actual summer this year. Please, let there be a real summer!

Spring is approaching fast

Maybe spring has finally found its way to the Baltic Sea. These last days I could leave the house during the day without my thick winter jacket. Believe me, that's a HUGE progress! I'm so done with this cold and dreary weather. I would have loved to include some photos I took last week but as always my digital camera refuses to work with my netbook, thank you very much! To make up for the lack of photos I went online and had a little go at stylefruits.de. I'm surprised, it's fun! :) And no, I didn't buy this whole outfit. In fact, I bought not a single piece as I already own the Ray Bans (always a Ray Ban gal at heart!), the ballerinas (not in that colour) and the nail polish, and obviously everybody owns a pair of jeans and I just couldn't live without a trench coat! So that's a typical spring outfit for me! :)

When it rains, it pours

I'm writing this post on my newly bought tiny netbook since my usual notebok broke down. Lucky me this happened at a time in my life which I can only describe as the most stressful in all my life until now. I despise spending money on things I don't want to buy but need to. Now I own a netbook that refuses to cooperate with my camera, my printer, and my blackberry.
Additionally I just rushed in from what was supposed to be a quick dinner date and turned into a two hour wait for some sushi. I cannot believe this. I think I must have accumulated some really bad karma over the last month ...

In other news I bought a necklace some time ago and I really love it. I always called it my karma necklace but I just found out it's called the "Circle de Soleil" necklace. That would explain my bad karma ... wrong necklace ...
